We provide fully scalable production and AV solutions for various meeting types, from Investigator Meetings to large National Meetings, both in the U.S. and internationally.
We take our meetings and our relationships seriously. We have worked with MLB for over 20 years, and AEGIS Insurance for over 30 years.

The value of a dedicated Project Manager/Stage Manager for a meeting is so important, bringing consistency, accountability and responsiveness to every project.

Our interaction with the hotel/venue ensures a successful and timely load-in and setup. To that end, we “work and play well with others.”
I preach that everyone is our customer, from the client to the hotel staff. Our goal is always to provide a successful meeting, for everyone.

Venue consultation
We offer venue consultation, looking at various hotel options to help find a “best fit” for the meeting. We look at ceiling heights, room sizes and more to determine whether appropriate screen sizes will fit, and whether your preferred seating (classroom, theater, rounds, hybrid/cabaret) will fit.
The Meeting is the thing! Everything we do is in service to the successful outcome of the Meeting. We never lose sight of this. It is why we do what we do.
